WELCOME TO YOUR MIDDLE TENNESSEE
 REAL ESTATE HEADQUARTERS

Welcome to my real estate site.  I think you will agree that Middle Tennessee has something  to offer for everyone.  You'll find a vast array of historical homes, farms and areas untouched by time, as well as upscale and modern homes and businesses offering state of the art amenities.  Speaking of art, my extensive background as a commercial artist helps me understand there is an "art" to finding just the right property and matching it with the right owner.  Every detail counts in rendering a fine portrait; the same careful attention to detail is required when making such an important decision as buying or selling real estate.   I can help you find the real estate solution custom tailored to your individual needs.

Trust an "artist" in the real estate profession.

So whether you're wanting to buy or sell your current home or business, or looking for that perfect real estate investment, I can help.  I am familiar with the market in Middle Tennessee including Maury, Williamson, Davidson, Dickson, Giles,  Marshall County and many other middle Tennessee locales and am ready to put my knowledge and skills to work for you!

"The Legend of the Fox"  by Lisa Pardon

This 1928 Ahrens-Fox model MS4 was a "Rolls-Royce" among fire engines.  The legendary piston pumper with the most noticeable big shiny red ball performed like no other fire engine of its time.  This scene pays tribute to the classic fire engine and the heroic men who served the citizens of Columbia, TN during the 1930's.

"Columbia Military Academy" by Lisa Pardon

In 1888 the US Army acquired 67 acres one mile west of the public square in Columbia and constructed nine substantial buildings to be used as an arsenal.   In 1904 the US Govt. gave the magnificent Columbia Post to a Board of Trustees for military school purposes.    In 1978 Columbia Military Academy "Retired the Colors" bringing to a close the military era of the school.  Today Columbia Academy is owned and operated by a private Christian organization and strives to continue the vision and deep patriotism, the love of God and country, that has always been a part of this historical landmark.
